Method

  • 1. Pre-heat the oven to 350f/180c or gas mark 4. Also, grease a 7-inch square cake tin
  • 2. Melt the chocolate.
  • 3. Mix all the ingredients together.
  • 4. Pour into the tin.
  • 5. Bake for 30 mins.
  • 6. Turn out and cool on wire rack.

  • TO MAKE THE ICING

  • 1. Melt the chocolate then mix together with other ingredients.
  • 2. Spread evenly over the Brownies and swirl with a fork to decorate.
  • 3. Cut into squares of desired.

    • 140g unsalted butter
    • 200g dark chocolate
    • 200g light muscovado sugar or brown sugar
    • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • pinch salt
    • 3 eggs
    • 85g plain flour
    • 200g milk chocolate
