Method
1. In wok, or large nonstick skillet, heat oil over high heat; cook curry paste for 1 minute.
2. Add pork; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add green beans, onion and fish sauce; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4. Add mushrooms, red pepper and corn; stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
5. Add basil and sugar; stir-fry for 1 minute.
6. Serve over steaming mounds of rice.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tsp curry paste. red
- 1 pound pork. boneless
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 sweet red bell pepper
- 14 ounces corn. canned. whole kernels
- 1/3 cup basil
- 1 tsp sugar

Vegetarians do not eat Pork or any meat. Think you have this recipe in the wrong section. Sounds nice though.
