Method

  • 1. In wok, or large nonstick skillet, heat oil over high heat; cook curry paste for 1 minute.

  • 2. Add pork; stir-fry for 3 minutes.

  • 3. Add green beans, onion and fish sauce; stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  • 4. Add mushrooms, red pepper and corn; stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  • 5. Add basil and sugar; stir-fry for 1 minute.

  • 6. Serve over steaming mounds of rice.

    • Vegetarians do not eat Pork or any meat. Think you have this recipe in the wrong section. Sounds nice though.

    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 4 tsp curry paste. red
    • 1 pound pork. boneless
    • 1 cup green beans
    • 1 onion
    • 2 tbsp fish sauce
    • 1 cup mushrooms
    • 1 sweet red bell pepper
    • 14 ounces corn. canned. whole kernels
    • 1/3 cup basil
    • 1 tsp sugar
