Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • 2. Melt butter in shallow baking dish.

  • 3. Dip chicken in flour-salt mixture, then in half and half. Roll in almonds.

  • 3. Place in baking pan, turning once. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally.

    • Made this tonight and it was delicious. I didn't understand what 1/2 & A1/2 mean't so I used a cup of egg and milk. Can someone tell me if this was correct. It tasted lovely even if I was wrong

    • 1 cup ½ and ½
    • 12 boned and skinned chicken breast pieces
    •  Flour
    •  Salt
    • 1 cube butter. unsalted
