1) Remove heads from octopus just below eye level. Wash well. Drop octopus into simmering water, cook until just opaque, drain, rinse under cold water. Cut octopus into bite size pieces. Combine with dressing. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
2) Peel and devein prawns, stir into octopus. Halve avocados, remove seeds. Pile seafood on top of avocados halves, garnish with lemon and oregano.
