Method

  • 1) Thread prawns, scallops and onions onto six wooden skewers.

  • 2) To make marinadem combine oil, wine, dill, parsley, chives, garlic, lime rinfd, and juice in a glass dish. Season to taste with pepper. Add skewered seafood amd marinated for 1 hour.

  • 3) Remove seafood from marinade and grill for 2-3 minutes each side, turning and brushing with marinade frequently.
  • Ingredients

    • 6 Uncooked king prawns, shelled and deveined
    • 500g (1lb) Scallops
    • 1 Large onion
    •  Marinade
    • 1 TBSP Olive oil
    • 2 TBSPS  White wine
    • 2 Teaspoons Finely chopped fresh dill
    • 2 Teaspoons Finely chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 Teaspoons Finely chopped fresh chives
    • 2 Cloves garlic, crushed
    • 2 Teaspoons Grated lime rind
    • 2 TBSPS Lime juice
    •  Freshly ground black pepper
