Method

  • 1. Melt all ingredients together in a basin over a pan of simmering water. Stir well.
  • 2. Beat hard until the mixture is an even colour then leave in a cool place until the mixture becomes stiff.
  • 3. When stiff, shape mixture into small balls and roll in dessicted coconut.

    • 7 oz Milk Chocolate flavoured cake covering
    • 6 oz Evapourated milk
    • 12 Trifle sponges
    • 12 oz icing sugar. sifted
    •  Dessicated Coconut
