Method
1. Melt all ingredients together in a basin over a pan of simmering water. Stir well.
2. Beat hard until the mixture is an even colour then leave in a cool place until the mixture becomes stiff.
3. When stiff, shape mixture into small balls and roll in dessicted coconut.
