Lemon Thyme Rainbow Trout
Method
1. In shallow bowl, combine flour, lemon rind, thyme, salt and pepper.
2. Dip fish into lemon juice; dredge in flour mixture, turning to coat.
3. In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat
4. Cook fish, turning once, for 6 to 8 minutes or until flakes easily when tested with fork.
Ingredients
- 4 rainbow trout fillet
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- to taste salt and pepper
