Method

  • 1. Preheat over to 180C.

  • 2. Saute the onion on some oil and add the lamb.
  • Fry it until nice and gold.

  • 3. Add tomatoe puree and chopped tomatoes and then add the stock and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

  • 4. Peel and cut the potatoes and then boil until soft. Drain and then mash with butter, milk and salt.

  • 5. Place the meat to a casserole dish and arrange the mash on top and bake it.

    • 2 lbs minced lamb
    • 1 large chopped onion
    • 4 diced carrots
    • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
    • 1 tsp tomato puree
    • 0.5 pint stock
    • 10 Potatoes
    • 1 tbsp. butter
