Method
1. Preheat over to 180C.
2. Saute the onion on some oil and add the lamb.
Fry it until nice and gold.
3. Add tomatoe puree and chopped tomatoes and then add the stock and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Peel and cut the potatoes and then boil until soft. Drain and then mash with butter, milk and salt.
5. Place the meat to a casserole dish and arrange the mash on top and bake it.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs minced lamb
- 1 large chopped onion
- 4 diced carrots
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 0.5 pint stock
- 10 Potatoes
- 1 tbsp. butter
