Method

  • Scrub the potatoes, do not peel. Place in a casserole with all the ingredients, cover closely with greaseproof paper or foil and a lid.

  • Bake in a pre-heated overn at 180degrees for about 50 mins or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Ingredients

    • 675g new potatoes
    • 28g butter
    • 2 tbsps water
    • to taste salt & pepper
    • ½ tsp dried herbs
    • small bunch or fresh herbs
