Method

  • Bake sweet potato in oven on 200 degrees. Check occasionally tosee if soft in the middle.
  • Leave to cool to a temperature capable of handling. Scoop out middle and use the milk to make it to the required consistancy.
  • Seperate into 4 and freeze or refrigerate.
  • keep for 24 hours in the fridge
  • or
  • 3 weeks in the freezer
  • When required defrost in fridge overnight or in microwave making sure to remove hotspots
