1. slice chicken and coat chicken with 1/2 Tbsp oil and 1 tsp cornstarch. 2. heat wok or pan at high heat when hot add oil,chicken and sear about 30 secons then stir. 3. add onions and red bell peppers let sear about 30 seconds. 4. add bamboo shoots,waterchestnuts and mushrooms and stir fr 2 minutes. 5. add xox sweet teriyaki and stir fry until steaming hot about 2 minutes, and add green onions. 6. toss well and remove and serve with lettuce cups. enjoy!
