Method

  • 1. Bring water and lemon juice to boil in medium size skillet.
  • 2. Stir in chicken stock.
  • 3. Reduce heat to simmer, place halibuts in pan. 4. Cover and simmer over low heat until fish flakes when tested.
  • 4. Remove fish from pan, and serve it with steamed vegetables.
  • Ingredients

    •  water
    • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
    • 1 cube chicken stock
    • 2 halibut steaks
    • 1 tbsp. butter
    • to taste salt and pepper
    • to garnish parsley
