Method
1. Bring water and lemon juice to boil in medium size skillet.
2. Stir in chicken stock.
3. Reduce heat to simmer, place halibuts in pan. 4. Cover and simmer over low heat until fish flakes when tested.
4. Remove fish from pan, and serve it with steamed vegetables.
Ingredients
- water
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 2 halibut steaks
- 1 tbsp. butter
- to taste salt and pepper
- to garnish parsley
