Curried Stir-fry Salmon

Method

  • 1. Spray with non-stick spray and heat 9-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

  • 2. Add salmon filet and water; cook for 3 minutes and turn salmon. At this time, add stir-fry sauce and sprinkle salmon generously with curry powder to desired spiciness. Move the filet around in the sauce to coat, turning a couple times throughout the process.

  • 3. When fish flakes, remove from the pan and pour sauce over. Dollop with sour cream if desired

    • 4 tbsp. organic stir-fry sauce
    •  curry powder
    • 4 tbsp. sour cream
