Method

  • 1. Grate orange
  • 2. Squeeze the juice and put it aside
  • 3. Mix all ingredients together, except juice and icing sugar
  • 4. Pour mixture into a non-stick cake tin
  • 5. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes
  • 6. Melt icing sugar and juice together
  • 7. After baking, prick cake and pour on the liquid. Leave to cool in the tin and remove when cold.

    • 2 eggs
    • 6oz self-raising flour
    • 4tablespoons milk
    • 6oz sugar
    • 4oz margarine
    • 1 orange
    • 3tablespoons icing sugar
