- 1 Onion
- 4 medium Tomatoes
- 4 Green hot peppers*
- 8 fresh eggs
- 1 tsp Mild paprika powder
- to taste Salt &, Pepper
- for frying Butter
- Fresh crusty bread
- * Be careful with the peppers, the Turkish kind is a cross between a capsicum (bell pepper) and a hot pepper. Remove the seeds to make them less fiery.
