Method

  • 1. Sprinkle gelatine over the water in a small saucepan. Add the sugar and heat gently ro disslove.

  • 2. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes,then remove from the heat and cool slightlt. Stir in the creme de menthe.

  • 3. Pour into dampened ti and leave to set

  • 4. cut into squares and toss in icing sugar when set.

    • 1 oz gelatine
    • ΒΌ pint Water
    • 1 lb granulated sugar
    •  5 tablespoons of creme de menthe
    • 2 oz icing sugar. sifted
