Method
1. Sprinkle gelatine over the water in a small saucepan. Add the sugar and heat gently ro disslove.
2. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes,then remove from the heat and cool slightlt. Stir in the creme de menthe.
3. Pour into dampened ti and leave to set
4. cut into squares and toss in icing sugar when set.

- 1 oz gelatine
- ΒΌ pint Water
- 1 lb granulated sugar
- 5 tablespoons of creme de menthe
- 2 oz icing sugar. sifted
