Sausage Casserole

Method

Cook sausages until browned. Place in oven dish with tomatoes, onion (chopped), mushrooms and water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and place in oven for 2 hours on gas mark 5, stir regularly.

Serve with chunky homemade chips.

You could swap sausages for veggie kind.

U can also put 2 oxo's in with the tinned toms, delicious!!!
