Method

  • 1. Put all ingredients except the oil, garlic and black pepper into a bowl and mix well.

  • 2. Put oil in a pressure cooker and set over a med-high heat.

  • 3. When oil is hot, put in the garlic. Stir, till med brown.

  • 4. Now put in seasoned meat and stir once or twice. Turn heat to medium. Cover pressure cooker tightlyand brong upto pressure slowly.

  • 5. Cook lamb and pork for 15 mins and beef for 20 minutes at full pressure.

  • 6. Reduce the pressure quickly y pouring cold water on the lid.Uncover. Cook uncovered on high heat until sauce is thick, stirring gently.
  • Sprinkle lots of black pepper.

    • ½ cup coriander leaves. finely chopped

    • 2 tsp Garam masala store bought
    • 1 tsp cumin - ground
    • ¼ cup plain yoghurt
    • 1 tbsp tomato paste
    • ¾ tsp salt
    • 3 tbsp veg oil
    • 4 cloves garlic cloves. finely chopped
