1. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. Reduce the heat by 20° if using a fan-assisted electric oven.
2. Cut the broccoli into even-sized florets. Cook in boiling, salted water or steam until just tender.
3. Arrange the broccoli and chicken pieces in an ovenproof dish.
4. In a jug, mix together the Heinz Cream of Chicken Soup, the double cream and the hot curry powder.
5. Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli and grate the cheese over the top of the dish.
6. Cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 50 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (the juices will run clear) and the top is beginning to brown.

basically you need to use 4 heaped table spoons of real mayo and 4 of fresh double cream and a half to a full tea spoon of curry combined with the cream of chicken soup or condensed chicken soup is better for a thicker sauce

I make this but with the addition of a couple of tablespoons of Mayonnaise, yum!
