Easy Sausage Casserole

The Basics

Ingredients

  •  4 carrots - chopped
  •  8 Good quality organic sausages
  •  Half box black beluga lentils
  •  1 can Biona kidney beans in chilli sauce
  •  1 tblspn red jam (any left overs in fridge!)
  •  1 teaspoon organic veg gravy granules
  •  Water from kettle

Method

Empty all ingredients into a large Pyrex casserole dish. Cover with boiling water. Stir to incorporate ingredients.

Put in oven uncovered for 1 hour 180 degs (fan asstd)
Stir, add more water if necessary.
Return to oven, covered for 30 mins.

Serve with mashed potatoes and peas.
