Method

  • 1. Fry bacon and onion till crisp, remove from pan.

  • 2. Dust liver with flour and brown in bacon drippings.

  • 3. Slice the bacon and onion over top of liver in pan.

  • 4. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer 30 minutes or until liver is done.

  • 5. Uncover for a few minutes to allow sauce to thicken for gravy.

  • 6. Serve it with mash or rice.

    • 4  slices of bacon
    • 500g lamb liver sliced
    • 3 tbsp. flour
    • ½ can vegetable soup
    • 4 onions sliced

    I make this recipe with lamb liver and Heinz vegetable soup, nice and very easy to make it.
