  • A delicious, sweet butternut squash recipe.

    Ingredients

    • 1 butternut squash
    • 2 carrot
    • 4 tbsp.  milk
    • 4 tbsp. baby rice
    • ½ tsp. butter

    Method

    • 1. Peel and chop the butternut squash and carrot. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
      2. Puree with the butter and the milk and stir in the baby rice.
