Method

  • Simple - mix it all together and add to chicken of beef or vegetables. Add or subtract the chilli powder and cayenne depending on how hot you like it.

  • Add as per usual for Fajitas - fry off some green and red pepper and a couple of onions. and add to the fajita mix (chicken- beef - veg).

  • Put in a tortilla with some cheese and sour cream and guacamole.

  • Or mix some passata in to the mix wrap it up (with the onions and peppers) and put in an oven dish, pour over some more passata with some tomato puree added - grate over cheese for the best Enchiladas.
  • Ingredients

    • 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
    • 2 Tbsp Chilli Powder (more or less to taste)
    • 1 Tbsp Salt
    • 1 Tbsp Paprika
    • 1 Tbsp Sugar
    • 2 ½ tsp Stock Cube (chicken)
    • 1 ½ tsp Onion Powder
    • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
    • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
    • ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    • ½ tsp Cumin
