Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 3, 325f/170c.
  • 2. Cream the butter, sugar and Vanilla essence until light and fluffy.
  • 3. Using a large star piping nozzel, pipe into ovals, measuring 2 inches by 1 inch on a baking sheet lined with the parchment.
  • 4. Bake for about 20 mins in pre-heated oven.

    • 2 oz Sifted Icing Sugar
    • ½ tspn Vanilla essence
    • 6 oz plain flour
    • 1 Bakewell Baking Parchment
