1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 8" square baking tin with tsp butter. Set aside.
2. Put choc, water and butter in medium sized saucepan and melt over v. low heat, stirring occasionally with wooden spoon. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla. Set pan aside and allow chocolate to cool to room temp.
3. Sift flour and salt into medium bowl. Gradually stir in cooled chocolate mixture. Add eggs and beat well. Fold in walnuts.
4. Pour mixture into tin. Bake for 30-35 mins or until knife plunged into centre comes out clean. When cool, cut into squares.
