Strain tin of cherries and heat the juice with the stock, salt and pepper, reduce a bit till thickened. Whisk in the butter at end and add the cherries in.
Deep fry brie for about 30 seconds or until breadcrumbs are just browned.
Serve immediately with the sauce and a crisp green salad.
Tips
This is also good with mozzarella or camembert too.
