Method

  • 1. In a medium bowl, beat egg. Add melted butter, milk, and soup. Stir to combine.
  • 2. In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt.
  • 3. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and stir just to combine.
  • 4. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups with batter, and bake at 425 degrees F. for 20 minutes.

    • ¼ cup milk
    • 1 can Heinz Mushroom Soup
    • 2 cups  flour
    • 3 tbsp. baking powder
    • ¼ tsp.  salt

    These are great in place of bread or rolls with a meal like a stew, or with a salad or soup
