- ¼ cup butter. cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 green onions. chopped
- ½ tbsp minced garlic
- 1 can Heinz Chicken Soup
- 1 cans (14 ounces each) ) artichoke hearts. drained and chopped
- 1 cans (14 ounces each) sliced mushrooms. drained
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 package Seasoned Stuffing
- 4 pounds center-cut boneless pork loin roast. butterflied
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
