Method
1. Fry the pork chops until it is brown.
2. In a pan layer half of the potatoes.
Top with half of the onions, then the remaining potatoes and onions.
3. Mix mushroom soup, milk, sage, salt and pepper. Pour over the pork chops.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour

- 5 medium.thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 onion. chopped
- 1 can Heinz Creamy mushroom soup
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tsp sage
- 1 cup milk
