Method

  • 1. Fry the pork chops until it is brown.
  • 2. In a pan layer half of the potatoes.
  • Top with half of the onions, then the remaining potatoes and onions.
  • 3. Mix mushroom soup, milk, sage, salt and pepper. Pour over the pork chops.
  • 4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour
  • Ingredients

    • 6 pork chops
    • 5 medium.thinly sliced potatoes
    • 1 onion. chopped
    • 1 can Heinz Creamy mushroom soup
    • to taste salt and pepper
    • 2 tsp sage
    • 1 cup milk
