Method

  • 1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the chicken meat in it.Cook until browned.
  • 2. Remove the chicken from the pan once is cooked and cook the sausage with the garlic in it.
  • 3. Remove the fat.Stir in the soup, water, tomato sauce.Heat to boliling and return the chicken to it.
  • 4. Cook for 6-7 minutes more.
  • 5. Then we mix the 1 tablespoon cornstarch with the 2 tablespoons of water.Stir into the sauce and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and continue cooking, stirring occcasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.

    • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
    • 4 · chicken breast .cut into strips
    • ½ lb sausage. crumbled
    • 2 cloves garlic- peeled and finely chopped
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 can Heinz Tomato Soup
    • 7 oz tomato sauce
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • to taste salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 tbsp water
