Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2. Fry onion and celery in the butter until soft.
  • 3. Add in sour cream, soup, dijon mustard, dill and tarragon and leave to simmer for 5 mins.
  • 4. Butter a casserole dish and lay the fillets of halibut flat and then cover the fish with the sauce - turn the fillets to ensure they are totally covered in the sauce
  • 5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
  • Ingredients

    • 2 tsp. onions. minced
    • 3 tbsp. butter
    • 2 tsp. dill
    • ½ tsp. tarragon
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 can Heinz Mushroom Soup
    • 1 tsp. parsley
    • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    • 4 halibut fillets
    • to taste salt and pepper
