Method
1. Heat 6 cups water and add bouillon cubes, stir it.
2. Add remaining ingredients except roast beef.
3. Boil it and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
4. Add beef and simmer another 1/2 hour.
Ingredients
- 1 can Heinz Tomato Soup
- 1 onion. chopped
- 12 cups water
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 3 potatoes (sliced thinly)
- 2 carrotts chopped
- 6 oz beef bouillon cubes
- 26 oz canned tomatoes. chopped
- 2 cups cooked roast beef. chopped
- 3 tomatoes chopped
