Method

  • 1. Beat all things together except milk and bicarb of soda.

  • 2.put the bicarb in the cup of
  • milk then add to mixture.

  • 3. bake at 350oF for 25 min
  • Tips

    • serve hot with custard or cream
      or boil sugar in water with some vanilla essence and a dessert spoon of butter. Pour over the pudding and put back into the oven for 10 mins

    Ingredients

    • 6 rounded tbs Flour
    • 3 tbls  sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 2 oz  melted butter
    • 3 tbls Apricot jam
    • ½ tsp Bicarb of soda
    • 1 cup Cold Milk
