Method
1. Preheat oven to 375F/190C/Gas Mark 5.
2. In a bowl beat together butter and icing sugar until pale and creamy.
3. Stir in flour and ginger,mixing thoroughly.
4. Place mixture in a piping bag fitted with a 1/2in star nozzle.Pipe mixture,on to a lightly greased baking sheet,in a variety of shapes.
5. Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes,until golden brown.
6. Leave on baking sheet for 5 minutes before cooling on a wire tray.
7. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
Ingredients
- 8 oz butter
- 2 oz Icing Sugar Sieved
- 8 oz plain flour
- 1 ½ tsp ground ginger
