Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 190 °C / 375 °F / Gas 5.

  • 2. Cream the sugar and butter.

  • 3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

  • 4. Half the mixture and then shape 24 balls.

  • 5. Place on a lined baking sheet and push them slightly to make a circle.

  • 6. Bake for 10 minutes than leave to cool.
  • Tips

    • For a little bit of that extra chocolate flavour add a small bag of chocolate chips to the mixture before baking.
