Method

  • 1. Drain crabmeat, and remove any bits of shell.
  • 2. Set aside.
  • 3. Stir together celery soup and all the ingredients except crabmeat.
  • 4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thoroughly heated.
  • 5. Stir in crabmeat.
  • Tips

    • Serve with a little cream or creme fraiche

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb fresh lump crabmeat
    • 1 can cream of celery soup
    • 1 can Heinz Tomato Soup
    • 1 can Heinz Mushroom Soup
    • 4 cups milk
    • ½ cup dry sherry
    • 2 tbsp. sugar
    • to taste salt and pepper
    • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 5 drops hot sauce

    This is really a cheats crab soup but great for when you have little time but want something a little different
