Method

  • 1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • 2. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours.

    • I do the same thing, but also add a good splash of worcestershire sauce, fresh parsley & a tin of beef broth.

      The more potatoes & the longer you cook it, the better it & thicker it gets!

      Dumplings are fab with this dish too!!!

    Ingredients

    • 1 kg stewing beef. cubed
    • 1 can Heinz Tomato Soup
    • 1 can onion soup
    • 300 ml water
    • 2 cups carrots diced
    • 2 cups potatoes. cubed
    • to taste salt and pepper
