Ingredients

• 175g dark brown sugar
• 90g butter
• ½ tsp  vannila flavorings
• 175g self rasing flour
• pinch salt
• 1 egg beaten
• 90g chocalate buttons

Method

1.Beat butter sugar and vanilla until thick and fluffy.
2. Now beat in egg gradually
3. Fold in flour and salt and chocolate buttons
4. place spoonfuls of mixture on a greased baking sheet leaving space for them to expand while cooking
5. Place in preheated oven 180C for approx 15 mins
6. leave to cool on baking sheet before transferring
