Ingredients

•  
• ½ Ib Digestive Biscuits
• ½ Ib Dark Chocolate
• ½ Ib Butter
• 2 Eggs
• 3 ozs Caster Sugar
• 2 ozs Glace Cherries (optional)
• 2 ozs Walnuts halved (optional)
• Small Glass Brandy (optional)

Method

1. Break biscuits into small pieces
2. Melt Chocolate and mix with the rest of
the ingredients
3. Decorate with a few Glace Cherries
4. Place in freezer overnight
