Method

  • 1. Mix rice with soup.
  • 2. Add spinach and milk.
  • 3. Put the seafood and mixture in a pan or casserole dish and heat covered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

    • 1 can Heinz Mushroom Soup
    • 250g spinach
    • ½ cup milk
    • 500g mixed seafood
