Method

  • 1.Pre-heat Oven 200'c or Gas Mark 8.
  • 2.In A Bowl Mix Flour And Salt Together.
  • 3.Make A Well In The Centre , Break The Eggs Into It And Stir It Slightly (Just enough to break eggs)
  • 4.Add Milk And Water Gradually , Beat Well !
  • 5.Pour Into Patty Tins
  • 5.Cook For 20 Mins The Leave to Cool
  • Tips

    • Any Recedue Left Oven From The Pan Can Be Used In Gravy !

    • Three really hungry boys (13, 11 and 6 yrs)… Sunday evening… 6.30 p.m. …they have all played football or rugby today and it was a cold, wet and muddy…the boys very, very hungry … could eat a small horse…..not quite enough food to satisfy the mob…oh dear!…you can imagine the scene… Suddenly an inspired thought…..time to find a quick and easy Yorkshire Pudding recipe..... TIME FOR MYDISH.... A quick search found this recipe….knocked it up …and …just the best result!!!!! Served with lashings of hot gravy, steaming veg and a good old roast chicken - I AM NOW THE HERO OF THE FAMILY!!!! Thanks for this recipe - definitely a big 5 star rating from me.
