" Smooth Brocolli Soup with a hint of Stilton "

Chop all the vegetables in to equal sized cubes.
Place in large pan and add 1.5 pints of water and bring to the boil. Boil the remaining half a pint of water and make the stock.
Add the stock and season with salt and pepper, turn the heat down to simmer for 30 minutes or until all the vegetables are soft.
Once the vegetables are cook blend until smooth. Add the Marmite and return to the heat.
To serve; spoon into bowls and crumble stilton on the top.
Can be frozen before the stilton is added.
