Method

  • 1. Crack the six eggs into a jig. Grate in the half block of cheese.
  • 2. Add a splash of milk and stir contents until mixed.
  • 3. Heat a pan and add the teaspoon of oil. Pour contents of jug in and stir to prevent sticking. 4. Toast the bread.
  • 5. Stop cooking the egg once it's turned a warmer yellow but before browning Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6. Spread butter / marge on the toast. Evenly distribute egg between slices and serve three each.

    • 6 eggs
    • ½ block mature cheddar cheese
    • 1 tsp. olive oil
    • 6 slices bread
    • 1 tsp. butter
    • dash of milk
