Method
1. Base- mix crushed biscuits and chopped nuts with melted butter, set in cake tin-refrigerate.
2. Beat together cream cheese, caster sugar until smooth.
3. Divide into 3 bowls.
4. Add melted chocolate to first with 1/3 of whipped cream -spread on base.
5. Add 1/3 of the whipped cream to the second bowl -spread.
6. Add few drops of camp coffe and remaining 1/3 of cream to third bowl and spread on top.
7. Cocoa powder until covered.
CHILL, SERVE AND ENJOY!

- 1 pound mascarpone or other cream cheese
- 1 pint double cream
- 2 oz caster sugar
- 16 crushed chocolate biscuits
- 2 oz chopped nuts
- 2 oz melted butter
- 4 oz plain chocolate-gently melted
- to taste camp coffe
- to decorate cocoa powder
