Method

  • wah & chop your strawbs into quarters, slice your onion into strips.

  • throw into your salad bowl with the rocket, pour the balsamic vinegar & olive oil over to desired level.

  • season to taste with your black pepper.

  • Serve!

    • This goes really well with baked goats cheese!

    • 1 bag rocket
    • a good slug! Balsamic Vinegar
    • ½ Red Onion
    • a drizzle extra virgin olive oil
    •  Freshly ground black pepper
