Honey Biscuits

Method

Melt butter, honey & sugar. Sift flour and add to mixture. Place small teaspoons of mixture on a well greased baking tray allowing room to spread.

Bake at 300 deg C for 18-20 mins. Remove from tray whilst still warm and turn upside down on a flat surface.

Ingredients

Honey 2 Oz
Sugar 1½ Oz
Self Raising Flour 2 Oz
Butter Or Margarine 2 Oz
