Melt butter and choc then mix with oats and nuts. Press into mould.
Beat cheese and sugar until smooth then beat in the yogurt. Whip cream to soft peak then fold into cheese mix. Soak the gelatine then heat a little cream and add it to the cheese.
Split the cheese mix in two and mix the dark choc into one half and the white into the other half. Take a bit of each and swirl together so u get a marbled effect.
Cheesecake
Mix half the puree into the cream cheese, whisk the cream, add the rest of the puree. Make Italian meringue add to the cheese then fold in the cream then add gelatine.
