Method

  • Marble cheesecake
  • Melt butter and choc then mix with oats and nuts. Press into mould.

  • Beat cheese and sugar until smooth then beat in the yogurt. Whip cream to soft peak then fold into cheese mix. Soak the gelatine then heat a little cream and add it to the cheese.
  • Split the cheese mix in two and mix the dark choc into one half and the white into the other half. Take a bit of each and swirl together so u get a marbled effect.

  • Cheesecake
  • Mix half the puree into the cream cheese, whisk the cream, add the rest of the puree. Make Italian meringue add to the cheese then fold in the cream then add gelatine.

    • 8oz Toasted Oats
    • 2oz chopped hazelnuts
    • 4oz Butter
    • 3oz Dark chocolate
    • FILLING
    • 12oz Fullfat cheese
    • 4oz Caster Sugar
    • 200ml Yougart
    • 300ml Double Cream
    • 4leaves Gelatine
    • 6oz Dark Chocolate
    • 6oz White chocolate
    • 2 shots Baileys
    • CHEESECAKE
    • 2lb 10oz Cream Cheese
    • 12oz Sugar
    • 280g Whites
    • 15leaf Gelatine
    • 900g Cream
    • 1000g Puree
