Method

  • Dissolve the coffee and cocoa powder in the boiling water. Add to the rest of ingredients. Mix for 2 mins on medium speed. Cook at 160oc (until skewer comes out clean) about 45 mins.

    • 8 eggs
    • 1½ tsp Baking Powder
    • 2tsp Coco Powder
    • 4round tbsp Coffee
    • 4tbsp Boilling Water
