Method

  • Cream the butter and sugar add the eggs then add the flour and baking powder, slowly add the milk then add the fruit. Cook at 180oc 70% roast for 18 mins

    • 12oz Caster Sugar
    • 2lb 8oz Self Raising Flour
    • 10oz Baking Powder
    • 1lb Cherries/ Blueberries etc
    • 8 eggs
    • ½ pt Milk
