Ingredients
- 1lb Butter
- 12oz Caster Sugar
- 2lb 8oz Self Raising Flour
- 10oz Baking Powder
- 1lb Cherries/ Blueberries etc
- 8 eggs
- ½ pt Milk
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar add the eggs then add the flour and baking powder, slowly add the milk then add the fruit. Cook at 180oc 70% roast for 18 mins
